Our spacious family rooms offer various options with the largest ones consisting of 2 double beds and pull out sofa-bed, sleeping up to 6 people. Alternatives available with two double beds, or 1 double bed and 2 single beds as well, not naming baby cots if needed.

We are conveniently located in Smithfield Square less than a minute from the Luas stop. Using the Luas network, we are within 10 minutes of Heuston Train Station, and 15 minutes of Connolly Train Station and Busaras linking the entire island of Ireland to us.

We are within easy access of all routes M1, M2, M3, M4, N7 through M50 (Exit 7) and within a 5-minute drive from Dublin’s Port Tunnel. Easy connections to Dublin Port are available from the Busaras Luas stop and direct buses to Galway, Cork and Belfast are available within a 10-minute stroll.

    Is car parking available at the hotel?

    For your convenience, the multi-storey car-park adjoining Maldron Hotel Smithfield can be accessed from Queen Street and hotel residents receive special discounted parking rates from just €18.00 for 24 hours. Find full details here.

    How far is the LUAS stop from the hotel?

    The Smithfield Luas stop ‘Red Line’ is located 2 minutes from the hotel. Grangegorman Luas stop ‘Green Line’ is located less than 10 minutes from the hotel.

    Do room rates include breakfast?

    Maldron Hotel Smithfield offers both room only and bed & breakfast rates. Room only rates do not include breakfast. However, you can always add breakfast on when you arrive.

    What time is dinner served from in the restaurant?

    Lunch is served from 12 noon to 3.00pm, and dinner is served from 5.00pm to 10.00pm from Monday until Sunday.

  • Booking

    What does our “no show” policy entail?

    If you do not show up on the day of your booking, you will be charged the full amount for your first night’s stay. If you have booked our “advanced purchase” or “prepay and save” rates, you will incur a 100% penalty charge for the entire duration of your stay.
