Breakfast is served from 7.00am – 10.00am weekdays and 8.00am – 11.00am at weekends and bank holidays (for those who like to have a lie-in).

Red Bean Roastery

Red Bean Roastery at Maldron Hotel Smithfield serves a selection of Barista style coffees, tea’s and light refreshments throughout the day. Located within grain & grill Bar & Restaurant just off our reception area its modern feel offers the perfect setting to relax over coffee with friends.

So whether it’s a Danish and cappuccino at breakfast time, a take away coffee at lunch or a sweet treat in the afternoon – our Red Bean Roastery is sure to please all.

Lunch and Dinner at Grain & Grill Restaurant

Grain and Grill is open for lunch and dinner and we pride ourselves on offering great food with friendly surroundings. Our lunch menu offers a selection of sandwiches, pasta and our house burger. This menu is ideal for business lunches or a light bite. Our dinner menu is a more extensive menu that offers a wide selection of dishes, including favourites such as our strip loin steak which is meltingly soft and our wild Atlantic salmon which is loved by all. Make sure you try one of our desserts as they are the perfect comfort food.

Our menus are especially created by our head chef and there is something to suit all taste buds. We have striven to create a menu with the highest quality ingredients yet still offering the very best value.

Lunch is served in our restaurant from 12.00pm – 2.30pm Monday – Friday.
Dinner is served in our restaurant from 6.00pm – 9.00pm Monday – Sunday.

    Maldron Hotel Smithfield offers both room only and bed & breakfast rates. Room only rates do not include breakfast.

  • What does our “no show” policy entail?

    If you do not show on the day of your booking, you will be charged the full amount for your first night’s stay. If you have booked our “advanced purchase” or “prepay and save” rates, you will incur a 100% penalty charge for the entire duration of your stay.

  • How far is it to walk from the hotel to the Luas stop?

    The Smithfield Luas stop is located 2 minutes from the hotel. (Red Line)

  • Do bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms?

    Yes, all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

  • What time is check out?

    Check-out is 12:00 noon.

  • What are the times for breakfast?

    Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday from 7.00am – 10.00am and Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays from 8.00am – 11.00am.

  • What time is check in?

    Check-in is officially from 14:00. Earlier check-in is subject to room availability. For this reason, the only way to guarantee early check-in is to book the room from the day prior to arrival. If it is not possible to check-in earlier than 14:00, our guests may leave luggage with our front office team at the reception area.
